June Fete Fair’s opening day feat. by FOX29

The June Fete Fair, which is taking place from June 6-8 to the Fairgrounds, 2990 Edge Hill Road in Huntingdon Valley, was featured by FOX29.

The 100+ year tradition features amusement rides, carnival games, live entertainment, food, and vendors for shopping. The weekend will also include a fireworks display on Friday, a Horse & Pony Show on Saturday, professional jugglers and trampoline artists.

The fair was cancelled in 2024 due to safety/security concerns

“We’ve always been a very secure and safe fair but we’ve even notched up our security a little more this year just to make sure that our fairgrounds are safe,” said Jill Kyle, Senior VP of Regional Advancement at Jefferson.

“Lately it’s been really challenging being a nurse in the workforce,” said Kristi Caldararo, Chief Operating Officer of Abington Jefferson. “The frontline is certainly one of the hardest places to be especially post COVID, so we are so really happy to support them.”
