Jermaine Marquis Webb Jr. of Abington sentenced for marijuana sales and “ghost gun” charges

Jermaine Marquis Webb Jr., 24, of the 1500 block of Fairview Avenue in Willow Grove, was sentenced to to 11.5 to 23 months in the county jail for possessing an illegal ghost gun and selling marijuana. A ghost gun is a firearm that is assembled from kits and does not carry a serial number.

Webb pleaded guilty to charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and firearms not to be carried without a license in connection with incidents that occurred in June 2021. His investigation began in May 2021 during a controlled buy involving police surveillance.

Investigators later found Webb to be in possession of a Polymer 80 9mm handgun with a laser sight.
