The Goldbergs, the Jenkintown-based sitcom, will reportedly end after this season.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, declining ratings and pricey licensing fees made an 11th season increasingly unlikely. With ABC’s new hit show Abbott Elementary, the network no longer has a need for The Goldbergs.

Creator Adam F. Goldberg left the series a few years ago, and original star George Segal passed away a few years ago.
