Jenkintown resident elected vice president of the National Association of Realtors

Christopher Beadling of Jenkintown, managing partner and broker of record for Quinn & Wilson Realtors (located in Jenkintown), has been elected to serve as Regional Vice President of the National Association of Realtors for 2025.

Beadling will serve as media surrogate, a role through which he will be available for media interviews regarding the current trends within the real estate industry as it relates to the NAR Settlement.

“It’s such a time of transition in the world of real estate,” said Beadling. “There was never a seminar for this, so I’m happy to lend the expertise that I have through this role to buyers, sellers and individuals that need clarity on what the settlement means for them.”

Beadling will represent more than 160,000 members in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, which is collectively known within NAR as Region 2. As the Regional Vice President, Beadling, will also serve as a member of the Executive Committee of NAR, which is tasked with managing the business of the 1.5-million-member association between meetings of the NAR Board of Directors. The VP also serves as the representative of the 2025 NAR President, Kevin Sears of Massachusetts, within the states that make up the region.

Prior to being elected Vice President, Beadling served as the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors in 2022.  He currently serves as the Chair of NAR’s Federal Technology Policy Committee and as a member of the Sustainability Advisory Group, having previously served as the Chair of NAR’s Data Strategies Committee in 2020. Licensed as a real estate professional in 2001, he holds licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
