Jenkintown Police Incidents for March 25

It’s been a busy week for Jenkintown’s boys in blue.

PA drug and cosmetic act violation:  3-14-19, at 1320hrs, Abdul Markeese Jones, 22 of the 1900 block of N. Newkirk Street, Philadelphia was arrested as a result of an outstanding warrant from Jenkintown Police department charging felony violations. Mr. Jones was transported to Montgomery county correctional facility pending his preliminary hearing. 

Driving under the influence:  3-14-19 at 0213hrs:  Alvest Humbert, 45 of 7800 block of Gilbert Street, Philadelphia was arrested and charged with driving under the influence as a result of a vehicle stop for traffic violation. 

Warrant arrest: 3-21-19 at 11:48am:  Markeese Abdul Jones, of 1900 block of N. Newkirk Street Philadelphia, was arrested as a result of an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Montgomery county correctional facility. 

Theft of bicycle:  3-24-19 at 5:08pm:  A resident in the 400 block of Vernon Road reported the theft of her sons bicycle from the end of the driveway.  Value $100.00.

Assault/domestic:  3-25-19 at 9:18pm: Eli M. Johnson 3rd, 45 of the 400 block of Cedar Street was arrested and charged with domestic assault.  Johnson was transported to Montgomery county correctional facility. 

Road rage/aggressive driving: 3-25-19 at 8pm: A resident in the 100 block of Greenwood Avenue reported a road rage incident. The operator of the other vehicle tailgated and followed the complainant to his home and made verbal threats. No description of the vehicle was noted.
