Possible Theft of Package:  7-29-19 at 9:18am:  A resident reported handing a Fed-Ex driver a prepaid package at 95 York Road.  Item in package valued at $450.00.  Package was not delivered and Fed-Ex has no record of the package.  Fed-Ex and Detective unit investigating. 

Theft of Funds:  08-01-19 at 12:09pm:  A resident in the 100 block of West Avenue, reported withdrawals from her Citizens Bank account that she did not authorize.  Withdrawals totaling $27,000.  Citizens fraud dept and detective unit investigating.

Vandalism:  08-04-19, at 4:01pm:  A business owner in the 400 block of York Road reported that he heard a loud noise on the stores window.  He found that someone threw a bottle filled with syrup against the window.  Window did not break, but was covered in syrup.  Video camera did not capture the incident.
