An unauthorized use of a debit card and a disturbance brought on by a little too much to drink.

• Access device fraud:  2-27-19 at 10:24am: A resident in the 400 block of Leedom Street reported unauthorized use of his TD Bank card.  Purchases in excess of $500 was transacted. Bank security and detective unit investigating. 
• Public drunkeness and disorderly conduct:  2-27-19 at 12:43pm:  Samantha McKnight, 37, of the 2600 block of West Moreland road, Willow Grove was charged as a result of causing a disturbance at the Outback Steak house 610 York Road.
