Witness intimidation, terroristic threats, harassment, and disorderly conduct: Nakeith DeVaugh, 24, of the 5300 Block of North Camac Street, Philadelphia was arrested as a result of a warrant issued by the JPD. Mr. DeVaughn was charged as a result of his conduct towards victims who were scheduled to appear with him at district court 38-1-02 on February 1, 2019. Mr. DeVaughn was arrested and taken into custody on February 5, 2019 by JPD detective.

Fraud: February 7, 2019. A resident in the unit block of York Road reported the theft of funds from his account that were not authorized in the amount of $275.00. Detective unit is investigating.

Driving under the influence: February 2, 2019. Nelson C Nougues, 27, or the 1600 block of Prospect Avenue, Willow Grove, PA was arrested in the 600 block of York Road as a result of a traffic violation. Mr. Nougues was transported to Holy Redeemer Hospital for blood draw.

Warrant arrest: February 9, 2019. Phillip James Sulima, 28, of the 300 block of North Wales Road, blue Bell, PA was taken into custody by JPD patrol as a result of receiving a radio call of suspicious vehicle parked in the 400 block of Cottman street. It was discovered that Mr. Sulima had an outstanding warrant from PA state probation and parole. He was transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility.

Theft of Funds: February 7, 2019. A resident in the unit block of York Road reported the unauthorized theft of $200 from his account. Detective unit and Citizens Bank security investigating.
