Jenkintown native searching for original owner of 1973 JHS graduation ring

A native of Jenkintown Borough has come across a 1973 Jenkintown High School graduation ring with the engraved initials “K A P”.

The resident is searching for the original owner of the ring.

From the Facebook post:

The deacon that presided over my mom’s memorial today at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery heard we were from Jenkintown PA. He’d never heard of Jenkintown except for one interesting find. He was at the beach in NJ years ago and found a 1973 Jenkintown girl’s high school ring. The initials inside are K.A.P. and gave it to us in the hope that we might find it’s owner. If you know anyone that graduated from Jenkintown High School in 1973 with K.A.P. initials I would be thrilled to reunite that individual with their HS ring. Private message me or post here and I would be happy to hand deliver to the owner.

A comment noted that a Kim Peterson, who may live in Pittsburgh currently, graduated from JHS in 1973:

If you have any leads regarding the owner of the ring, you can reach out to John Taylor via Facebook.
