The Borough of Jenkintown and several top officials of the Borough are facing a civil rights lawsuit.

The lawsuit was filed by David Downs and Margaret Downs, both residents of the Borough of Jenkintown, against the Borough of Jenkintown;  Ms. Deborra Pancoe, the President of the Jenkintown Borough Council;  Mr. Richard Bunker, the Vice President of the Jenkintown Borough Council;  Mr. George Locke, the Borough Manager of Jenkintown Borough;  and Mr. Sean Kilkenny, the Solicitor of Jenkintown Borough.
