The Jenkintown + Abington Neighbors Association is hosting a Halloween Lights Ride on Saturday, October 25 at 6:00pm starting at Jenkintown Town Square (703 Greenwood Avenue).

Purpose:
To raise awareness for safer streets for pedestrians and bikes, and to bring the community together for a joyful, low-stress ride.
Safety Notes:
- Helmets required
- No training wheels or balance bikes, please (to keep the group safe), but we will be holding a “Tots Ride” at the beginning just around Town Square for little ones!
- Deck out your ride in lights — it’s part of the fun! (lights required, we’ll have some extras) Brought to you by:

- We will have experienced safety marshals at front and back of the group. Please have your party listen closely to their instructions.
- Please DO NOT go ahead of the group leads or behind the last marshal.
- Parents – Please keep a close eye on your children if they are riding adjacent to you and ensure they take the hills very slowly. Safety is our biggest concern!
- Ensure your bike is in good working order prior to the event.
- Event will be canceled with rain or ice.
