Jefferson Abington Hospital received a “B” rating in The Leapfrog Group’s spring 2024 Hospital Safety Grades released Wednesday, May 1.
The nonprofit watchdog group assigned safety grades ranging from “A” to “F,” for 3,000 general hospitals around the country.
The analysis includes 10 categories, including Patient Rights and Ethics, Preventing Patient Harm, Healthcare-Associated Infections, and Medication Safety.
Jefferson Abington previously received “A” grades since at least 2021, according to Leapfrog Group.
