J Veridian Upper Dublin, a 310-unit apartment community at 1125 Virginia Drive in Fort Washington (Upper Dublin Township), held a ribbon-cutting on Tuesday, April 14.

The community includes 12,000 sf of indoor amenities, including a clubroom and bar area, billiards, shuffleboard, and arcade gaming; a lounge with a double-sided fireplace; a poker room; a fitness center; a resident movie theater; a private dining room; and a working area with soundproof office pods.

Outside, there are two pickleball courts, a dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs, a community garden, a courtyard area with a swimming pool, grilling stations, fire pits, lounge areas, and multiple pocket parks.

The first of the three apartment buildings opened in January 2025.

“And up until today, the residential was missing,” Upper Dublin Township Commissioner Harm Scherpbier said. “I believe that more residential buildings help create the atmosphere people are looking for in this area, so thank you Jefferson Apartment Group for bringing J Veridian to our township.”
