iThrive: Jenkintown/Wyncote’s renovations nearly complete, coworking/meeting spaces and private offices available

iThrive: Jenkintown/Wyncote has nearly completed the renovations that began in February for their newest location at 145 Greenwood Avenue.

The company, which has locations in Ambler and Malvern, began in 2019 under the name Ambler Yards and offers workspaces for freelancers, startups, and remote professionals.

The Wyncote location officially opened as a temporary space on January 2, though the building dates back to 1843 when it was a foundry for metal castings and a livery for horses. Some of the original hardwood is constructed from railroad ties derived from the Willow Grove Tunnel and the brick is field stone from the same area.

Wyncote will be the first to house a soundproof recording studio for video and audio needs.

“We try to create a friendly and approachable work environment,” Karen, Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing & Operations, said. “We want to facilitate coming together, and people are eager to get together in person again.”
