Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) OR equivalent experience
- Assertive leadership skills with the ability to guide a classroom confidently
- A passion for hands-on, educational learning that makes every day fun
- The ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
