Greeting to All our Friends and Fans,
The Magic has been great with so many great comments pouring in about the shows at the House of Magic. We appreciate your support and we will keep on doing what we do best, bringing the best performers to the best magic theater in Philly!
Here’s info on acts appearing in Oct. at the House of Magic.
As a child, Fred Siegel saw a lady turn into a gorilla at Million Dollar Pier and the magic bug bit hard. While completing his doctoral dissertation, at NYU, Fred worked at the Coney Island Sideshow. Soon, he teamed up with his memory expert spouse, Gail, her mind reading sister, Deb, and his comedy brother-in-law, Eric and created Fred’s Magic World. They have appeared at many venues including Comedysportz, Sidequest Theater, Second Stage and Philly Fringe.
A unique comedy and magic show filled with spontaneity and lots of laughs! Spooky fun with pointy objects, psychic sisters, Houdini-like escapes, communication with the spirits, comedy improv, and more! Oct 16/17th @ 8 PM.
Bebel – France’s Finest Card Magician
Special Wednesday Show! Oct 21st @ 7.30 PM Ages 16 +
One show only! If a magician goes by one name only, chances are he is very good…and Bebel certainly is. When magicians are asked to name the best card magicians in the world today, Bebel’s name always appears on those lists.
On a personal note from HoM Founder Marc DeSouza, ” I was introduced to Bebel one evening in 2003. I never felt so fooled and helpless in my life! His magic is so unique and different and he never fails to fool the best and most experienced magicians. Do not miss this rare opportunity to experience for yourself one of the world’s finest and most artistic practitioners of the art of card magic”.
