Rutkowski, LP has submitted an application to Abington Township for a 1,048 SF expansion to Hopewell Veterinary Hospital at 640 Cedar Road in Jenkintown.

This project consists of a building addition and parking improvements, as well as a driveway, walkways, stormwater management, and landscaping.

The developer went before the Abington Township Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 20. The agenda can be found here.

The site is currently the location of a two-story masonry and frame veterinary hospital and a two-story frame garage/barn.
