Pennsylvania’s home heating assistance program, LIHEAP, is now accepting applications. Financial assistance is sent directly to the recipient’s utility company.

Pennsylvanians can apply for LIHEAP online by visiting the PA Department of Homeland Security’s website or by phone at 1-866-550-4355.
