Highland Elementary School Recognized For Progress

The Abington School District released a statement today indicating that “Highland Elementary School…[has been] recognized as a Title I Distinguished School for High Progress for the 2018-2019 school year.  Dr. [Jeffrey] Fecher and Dr. [James] Etlen attended the 2019 Title I Improving School Performance Conference in Pittsburgh yesterday to accept the award, and also gave a presentation entitled, ‘Providing Equity Through Data Analysis and Effective Instruction’.”

 

Dr. James Etlen, Principal of Highland Elementary School, to the left in the photograph above, joined with Dr. Jeffrey Fecher, Superintendent of the Abington School District, to accept the honors in Pittsburgh.
