Hatboro police place two on Montgomery County’s Most Wanted list

The Hatboro Police Department has placed the following individuals on Montgomery County’s Most Wanted list:

Matthew Brumbaugh (above left)

Brumbaugh, 37, has been charged with strangulation, terroristic threats, and assault.

According to the Hatboro police, officers were dispatched to a location on Continental Road for the report of a disturbance involving Brumbaugh on Saturday, August 3.

Brumbaugh’s charges are as follows:

Dominic DiGiulio (above right)

DiGiulio, 19, has been charged with indecent sexual assault, strangulation, corruption of minors, and terroristic threats, among other charges.

Hatboro detectives began an investigation into a reported sexual assault that occurred on the 200 Block of Jacksonville Road on July 26, which led to DiGiulio’s arrest warrant.

DiGiulio’s charges are as follows:

  • (1 COUNT) (18) 2706 (A)(1) TERRORISTIC THREATS (M1)
  • (18) 3126 (A)(1) INDECENT ASSAULT WITHOUT CONSENT
  • (1 COUNT) (18) 2701 (A)(1) SIMPLE ASSAULT
