Hatboro police issue arrest warrant for 23-year-old male accused of providing misleading details for firearm purchase at Continental Armory

The Hatboro Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Tomas Amorim, 23, who is accused of providing misleading details on the necessary paperwork for a firearm purchase.

Officers responded to a report of an individual, later identified as Amorim, attempting to buy a firearm at Continental Armory, 9 S York Road, using false information on November 22, 2024.

His charges are below:

  • (1) COUNT 6111(G)(4)(II) SALE OR TRANSFER OF FIREARMS (F3)
  • (1 COUNT) (18) 4904(B) UNSWORN FALSIFICATION TO AUTHORITIES (M3)
