The Hatboro Police Department announced today the arrest of Eric Brown, 33.

Brown was placed on a Most Wanted List in July 2024. He was wanted for attempting to purchase a firearm from Continental Armory (9 S York Road, Hatboro) and was previously convicted for a violent criminal offense which prohibits him from purchasing and possessing firearms, police said.

An arrest warrant was issued on April 30, 2024. His charges are listed below:

• (2) COUNTS 6111(G)(4)(II) SALE OR TRANSFER OF FIREARMS
• (2) COUNTS 4904 (B) UNSWORN FALSIFICATION TO AUTHORITIES (M3)
