The Hatboro Police Department announced the arrest of Joseph Durkin, 64, on Friday, February 21.

According to the report, Hatboro police received a tip on January 1 regarding the illegal sale of controlled substances occurring within the borough. A joint investigation between Hatboro police and the Montgomery County Detective Bureau resulted in Durkin’s arrest.

His charges are below:

• (3 COUNTS) (35) 780-113 (A)(30) MANUFACTURE/DELIVER/POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER
• (3 COUNTS) 780-113(A)(16) POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (M)
