Hatboro police arrest man for DUI hit-and-run involving multiple vehicles

The Hatboro Police Department announced today the arrest of Rosaliano Rosales-Cordejo for a DUI hit-and-run which took place on Saturday, November 9 at approximately 9:17pm.

According to the report, Hatboro officers were dispatched to the area of S York Road and Byberry Avenue for a hit-and-run in progress. Officers learned that a vehicle had struck multiple parked cars and the operator had fled on foot.

The operator, Rosales-Cordejo, was located a short distance from the accident scene. He was subsequently arrested and charged with DUI and related offenses. 

His charges are below:

  • (1 COUNT) (75) 3802 C DUI HIGHEST RATE OF ALCOHOL (M)
  • (1 COUNT) (75) 3745 (A) ACCIDENT W/ DAMAGE TO UNATTENDED VEHICLE OR PROPERTY (S)
  • (1 COUNT) (75) 3714 A – CARELESS DRIVING (S)
  • (18) 5505 PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
