Dominic DiGiulio, 19, and Matthew Brumbaugh, 37, who were recently added to Montgomery County’s Most Wanted list, were arrested by the Hatboro Police Department on Thursday, September 5 and Friday, September 6, respectively.
Brumbaugh (above left) has been charged with strangulation, terroristic threats, and assault.
According to the Hatboro police, officers were dispatched to a location on Continental Road for the report of a disturbance involving Brumbaugh on Saturday, August 3.
Brumbaugh’s charges are as follows:

DiGiulio (above right) is charged with indecent sexual assault, strangulation, corruption of minors, and terroristic threats, among other charges.
Hatboro detectives began an investigation into a reported sexual assault that occurred on the 200 Block of Jacksonville Road on July 26, which led to DiGiulio’s arrest warrant.
DiGiulio’s charges are as follows:
