Angel Ramos-Cruz, 35, of the 200 block of North York Road in Hatboro, was sentenced to 3 to 12 months in prison for using a cellphone to secretly record six juveniles in a bathroom at Main Street Pizzeria and Grille on Blair Mill Road in Horsham in July 2023, Mainline Media News reported.
According to the story, Ramos-Cruz was an employee of the restaurant and the victims were male and female, 7 to 17 years old. His charges include invasion of privacy and possession of child pornography.
He will begin serving the sentence on Friday, December 27 and was ordered to complete three years of probation following parole. He also faces a 15-year requirement to report his address to state police in order to comply with Pennsylvania’s Sexual Offender Registration and Notification Act.
The investigation began on July 10, 2023, when Horsham police were dispatched to the pizzeria for a report of suspicious activity, Mainline Media said.
“While a patron was using the restaurant’s only, unisex, single stall bathroom she noticed a cellphone was hidden in a cabinet across from the toilet. When she retrieved the phone it was opened to the camera and appeared to be recording,” the arrest affidavit said.
