The Solebury Township Police Department announced today the arrest of Manuel Cabral, 45, of Hatboro, following threats of violence made against police officers on social media.
According to the report, the incident began on Tuesday, October 14, when Solebury Township police posted a public service announcement on its Facebook page regarding traffic restrictions on the 6200 block of Lower Mountain Road.
