We here at GlensideLocal can’t seem to get enough of local beer, homemade ice cream, a perfect cake donut, and of course, a fine cup of coffee. So, it gives us great pleasure to spread the news about Cafe Susana’s grand opening slated for April 6.

Located at at 100 Greenwood Avenue, Cafe Susana fills the empty cups left behind by the Real Marketplace, which moved on to Wyncote Towers. We have to think that the thousands of commuters that pass through the Jenkintown-Wyncote train station will welcome this development.

Cafe Susana invites you to “sip, study, work,” and one grateful local told us that the new owner “is going to make it more of a hang out place than what it was before.”

We’re looking forward to holding office hours there.
