On June 20, 2022, Aqua PA will begin replacing the water main on Glenside Avenue between North Avenue and Woodland Road. Because of the work, the street between Rices Mill Road and Greenwood Avenue will be closed between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on weekdays. The work is expected to take 4 to 6 weeks. Although residents WILL have access to their driveways during the construction, it may only be from one direction. The detour route, approved by PennDOT will include parts of Rices Mill Road, Church Road and Greenwood Avenue. Trash and recycling collection won’t be affected.
