Glenside Knight Food Truck Festival & Mural Lighting on Thursday

This annual Glenside Knight Food Truck Festival is on Thursday, October 11, featuring great food, music, and art. This year’s festivities coincide with the inauguration of Arcadia’s 22nd president, Dr. Ajay Nair.

The Festival starts at 5:30 and runs until to 9:00 pm on Easton Road and Glenside Avenue; in and around Wesley Plaza. There will be a wide variety of food from local restaurants and food truck vendors. The rain date is Saturday, October 13.

This year’s festivities will include the lighting of  the second mural to welcome Arcadia’s new president, Dr. Ajay Nair. The mural at the Glenside Station underpass entitled “Bits ‘n Pieces Too,” is a companion piece to the mural painted last year. Both murals were a collaborative effort between Arcadia University, led by artist and adjunct  professor David Guinn, and the Glenside community.
