Alessandro Reale, a resident of Glenside and a 2007 graduate of Abington Senior High School, recently published “Freddy’s Fire Safety Guide”.

The book is being supported by the Edge Hill Fire Company (Cheltenham Township), and a portion of profits will be donated to the firehouse, Reale told Glenside Local.

In February 2024, the Willow Grove-based Kisses for Kyle Foundation launched Alessandro’s Angels.

In 2021, Reale published Anxious Alex and the Worry Monster, a book partially inspired by his own childhood with anxiety. The following year, he released the companion book, Emma and the Storm Cloud, intended as a resource for children who experience depression.
