The Fort Washington Fire Company announced today that crews responded to an active garage fire in the 700 block of Prospect Avenue in Upper Dublin Township on Sunday, December 1 at approximately 8:00am.

According to their post, police were on scene as Engine 88 dropped a supply line and Engine 88-1 made use of a hydrant.

“Battalion 88-1 had command and reported the fire quickly knocked down. The fire was placed under control and the assignment was scaled back,” the company said.

Units on scene included E88, E88-1, TW88, R88, SD88, and SD88-1.
