Ronald J. Norris, 42, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to charges of indecent assault of a minor, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of a minor in connection with a 2023 incident at the Five Guys restaurant in Wyncote, The Reporter said.

Norris reportedly worked with the victim at the Five Guys restaurant.

The investigation began in October 2023 when a 15-year-old girl reported to Cheltenham Township police that she was assaulted by Norris near the end of her shift. She said that Norris approached her and asked her to meet him in the bathroom, according to The Reporter.

Once in the bathroom, “Norris asked the girl to see her breasts and when she said ‘no’ Norris lifted the girl’s shirt and touched the girl’s breasts”, The Reporter wrote. “The girl subsequently disclosed the incident to her mother, who then went to the restaurant to confront Norris.”

Norris, who has a previous conviction for sexual assault, faces a sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison on the charges.
