Former 76ers, Eagle to headline food insecurity panel discussion in Wyndmoor on May 16

It Takes A Village To Feed One Child (ITAVTFOC) will host an event titled “Athletes at the Table: Panel and Networking Combatting Food Insecurity” from 2:00pm – 4:30pm on Saturday, May 16 at the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential, 8801 Stenton Ave, Wyndmoor.

Former Sixers Aaron McKie and Theo Ratliff, as well as former Eagle Rodney McLeod, are headlining the panel to discuss nutrition and exercise’s effects on healthy brain development.

ITAVTFOC is a nonprofit fighting food insecurity in PA, NJ, and DE. Founded in 2017, ITAVTFOC provides over three million meals annually to more than 100 child, adult care, seniors, at-risk,  and emergency shelter centers, primarily in low-income, disadvantaged communities.
