According to the listing, the space exists on the first floor.

The listing also says the two-story building is available for sale but does not include a price. The sale includes 429 York Road, a parking lot for 20 vehicles.

The property was listed for $1,850,000 in 2023 and was once the home of the Times-Chronicle newspaper.
