1.5 acres of commercial land at 210 N York Road in Willow Grove is on the market for $2,950,000.
According to the listing, the space is a development opportunity for retail, multi-family, hospitality, and medical. The site is comprised of nine properties with frontage on three roadways: N. York Road, Easton Road, and Center Avenue.
The same listing was published in February for an undisclosed amount. In June, a 0.38-acre lot at 210-221 N York Road appeared on the market for an undisclosed amount. In May, 1.5 acres of commercial land at 210 N York Road were put on the market as well. The listing has been updated to include the 0.38-acre lot.
The property, which includes the W Tavern 19090, was initially listed for sale in November 2024. Owners Bill and Michelle McKeever, who took over 210 York Road in 2021, told Glenside Local at the time that it would be “a few years before someone comes in with the right number.” The restauranteurs sold off the Keswick Tavern, a longtime fixture in downtown Glenside, in May 2024.
In addition to the bar/restaurant, the property includes two homes which have been converted to apartments and a small retail building with two stores.
