A Five Guys at 3001 W. Cheltenham Avenue, Cedarbrook Plaza, is expected to open for business very soon.

“They’re 95 percent done. They’re just cleaning up in order to get moving,” Henry Sekawungu, Cheltenham Township Director of Planning and Zoning, said. “They still have a pending health inspection approval, but for the most part, they’re nearly ready to open.”

A Chik-fil-A is planning to open at the site of the former Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, 3001 W. Cheltenham Avenue. Sekawungu said that ownership has gone through the zoning process and is currently going through the land development process, which typically takes 90-120 days.
