First Trump-Harris debate to be held at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia on Sept. 10

The first presidential debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump will take place at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia on September 10 at 9:00pm.

The debate will be moderated by “World News Tonight” anchor and managing editor David Muir and ABC News Live “Prime” anchor Linsey Davis. It will be aired by ABC News.

A pre-debate special, “Race for the White House,” will air at 8:00pm on ABC News.

The National Constitution Center sits near Philadelphia’s Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were both signed.

ABC News hosted town halls at the Center with then-candidate President Joe Biden and then-incumbent President Donald Trump in 2020.
