Activities will include: • tours of the Police Station including holding cells, police vehicles and communication center and an introduction to a K9 team. • tours of Ogontz Fire Company, including trucks and rescue vehicles. • tours of the Emergency Medical Service and ambulances. • tours of the Emergency Operations Center. • an information scavenger hunt through municipal departments in the Township Administration Building. The free event begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Ogontz Fire Company, located at 8215 Old York Road in Elkins Park. A luncheon, sponsored by Ghost Kitchen of Glenside, will be held at Glenside Hall for participants around 12:15 p.m.Contact Sue Fries at 215-379-2233 by February 14 to register youngsters for the free event.
