A Taste of African Heritage celebrates the healthy food traditions of the African diaspora. Explore the rich cultural history of African heritage foods and this traditional way of eating for better health. This six-week virtual cooking class will take place on Wednesdays, from February 16 to March 23 and will begin at 6:00 p.m. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all six sessions. Registration is required.
