Co-owners Ann Stolinsky and Ruth Littner have put Elkins Park on the publishing and editing map.

Ann and Ruth met at a local writing workshop just over a decade ago, and Celestial Echo Press, a publishing company, and Gemini Wordsmiths, the editing wing, have been going strong since 2019.

The company edited and published Time Blinked, a baseball/time travel story that can be found on Amazon here, and two short story collections, The Trench Coat Chronicles and The Twofer Compendium.

Future plans include publishing Ruth’s book, Living With Ghosts, which chronicles her parents’ Holocaust survival and the subsequent trauma that shaped the Littner family. Ann and Ruth are hoping to open up for novel submissions in 2023.

“We are bulldog editors,” Ann said. “We are extremely detailed and meticulous about editing. We don’t just set our authors adrift.”
