Cheltenham High School alumna Nila Anthony, known as NariYella from “The Voice,” recently visited her alma mater, Myers Elementary.
Nila toured the school, visited with past teachers, and sang Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good” and Whitney Houston’s “Greatest Love of All” for a number of Myers’ classrooms.
The 20-year-old Nila auditioned for the 2023 season of NBC’s “The Voice” in March and received a ‘four-chair turn,’ a gesture of unanimous approval, from all four judges.
