Elkins Park man a suspect in credit card fraud incident, $8K in Lowe’s merchandise stolen

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a fraud incident in which unknown suspect(s) fraudulently utilized a victim’s credit card information to telephonically place three separate orders for Lowe’s merchandise totaling nearly $8,000.

The suspects were operating the pictured white box truck bearing Pennsylvania temporary registration ZWB0228, registered to 39-year-old to Eric Moore, Jr., of Elkins Park, who may be suspect 1.

Two of the orders were picked up from the Lowe’s on Hepburn Road, London Grove Township, Chester County, and one order was retrieved from the Lowe’s on East Lincoln Highway, Middletown Township, Bucks County. On April 21 and 24, the two pictured suspects entered the Chester County Lowe’s to obtain the fraudulently placed order.

On April 22, suspect 2 retrieved the order from the Bucks County Lowe’s. He was operating an older model stake bed truck with a white cab.
