Elkins Estate, a wedding and event venue at 1750 Ashbourne Road in Elkins Park, has applied for a hotel liquor license, according to the PLCB website.

The 42-acre property includes Elstowe Manor, a 300-guest venue which has a billiard room and groom’s suite, formal ballroom, European-style garden, two-story marble-clad court, music room, dining room and outdoor terrace.

According to Elkins Estate’s website, new event spaces “Chelten House” and “The Stable” are coming soon.

Glenside Local has reached out to Elkins Estate and its management company Landmark Venues to learn more about their plans, but so far has not received a response. We will be in touch when we hear from them.
