The driver of a stolen Dodge Durango caused a multi-vehicle accident at approximately 11:00pm on Tuesday, October 14 at the intersection of N 2nd Street and Cheltenham Avenue in East Oak Lane, 6ABC reported.

The driver of a Hyundai Sonata was pronounced dead at the scene, and another person sustained injuries from the accident. The impact left metal strewn across the intersection which divides Cheltenham Township and Philadelphia, 6ABC said.

Police arrested the Durango’s driver and a passenger, though no charges have been filed. Officials have not released the identity of the driver who was killed.
