Downtown Glenside Foundation, SEPTA provide more details on N Easton Rd and Keswick Ave bridge underpass repairs

The Downtown Glenside Foundation announced an update today regarding the forthcoming repairs to the N Easton Road bridge underpass in Glenside, which are is expected to begin on March 17.

According to their announcement, Cheltenham Township commissioner Matt Areman said that SEPTA will replace the bridge over Keswick Avenue once Easton Road is completed around the end of April.

The Keswick Avenue repairs are expected to be completed by early June.

“The sidewalks will be open during the construction of the bridge. We want to encourage all Glensidians to frequent our local businesses especially during the time that this major inconvenience is happening,” the DGF said. “The stairs from the Septa platforms will be open.”
