Dave’s Hot Chicken, a Nashville-style hot chicken franchise, will open at 40 Park Avenue in Willow Grove on Friday, December 13.
According to their Facebook page, they also hosted a “secret” soft opening on Thursday.
Federal Realty Investment Trust announced the forthcoming restaurant in January. The 2,825-square-foot new building which houses the eatery is part of a multimillion-dollar overhaul of the shopping center which will include a six-story, 260-unit apartment building.
“The new location boasts a vibrant street art display inspired by local landmarks like the Willow Grove Park Fairgrounds and Airforce Base, giving the space a distinctive community feel,” Philly Bite said in an article published yesterday.
The restaurant will not have a drive-thru lane. The franchises are known for their jumbo chicken sliders and tenders served at seven different spice levels.
Their hours are:
- Sunday – Thursday: 10:30am to 11:00pm
- Friday – Saturday: 10:30am to 2:00am
