Dangerous Hot Weather Warning

It’s bad enough that it’s Monday, but now you have to deal with extremely hot weather. The National Weather Service issued a HEAT ADVISORY from Noon to 8 p.m. MONDAY. for Montgomery County PA.

The HEAT INDEX VALUES will range  from 100 to 104 due to temperatures in the lower to middle 90s, and dew points in the lower 70s. Dangerously hot conditions will be possible from mid day through early evening on Monday. The impact of this heat and humidity may cause heat stress during outdoor exertion or extended exposure. The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity will combine to create a situation in which heat illnesses are possible. Drink plenty of fluids, and stay in an air-conditioned room.
