The Cheltenham Township Police Department announced that Cop Camp is returning in June after a several year hiatus.

The camp encourages “better understanding between Police and area youth,” the flyer says, and will be held from June 19 – June 21 at Cedarbrook Middle School.

Cop Camp Cadets are trained in teamwork, personal safety, respect through participation in police-organized activities.

“Cop Camp is a loved program from before the pandemic that CTPD was excited to bring back this year,” Lauren Walter, Public Information Officer, said.
