State representative Madeleine Dean, a Glenside native, recently visited FarmerJawn Community Greenhouses in Elkins Park.

I was so impressed by Christa and her mission at Farmer Jawn — the only Black-led, woman-led regenerative organic farm in the country!

Farmer Jawn grows and provides farm-fresh foods for families in the Philadelphia region, especially marginalized communities hit hardest by food deserts.
